Amounts truffle omelets
1 cup truffles, diced
1 medium-sized onion
4 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tomatoes, peeled and cut into cubes

6 eggs
2 tbsp olive oil

Method of preparation of truffle omelets
1. Truffles peeled and cut into cubes. Set aside.

2. Chop the onion, garlic and mashing and set aside.
